    • “Ketchwap” refers to our company providing data analysis services and training.
    • “User” refers to any individual or entity accessing our website or services.
    • “Services” include data analysis, training programs, and consultancy.

    2. General Use of Website & Services

    • Users must be at least 18 years old to register for training.
    • You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes.

    3. Training Programs

    • Course fees must be paid in full before enrollment confirmation.
    • Training materials provided by Ketchwap are for personal use only and must not be shared or resold.
    • We reserve the right to modify course content, schedules, or instructors.
    • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment (see Section 7 for details).

    4. Payments & Pricing

    • Prices for services and training programs are listed on our website.
    • We accept bank transfers, MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money and online payments.
    • All payments must be completed before access to services is granted.
    • Ketchwap reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time.

    5. Certification

    • A certificate of completion is awarded after successful training.
    • Certification is subject to completion of all assignments and assessments.

    6. Intellectual Property

    • All training materials, website content, and branding are the property of Ketchwap.
    • Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Ketchwap’s content without permission.

    7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

    • Refunds are only available within 7 days of payment.
    • No refunds will be issued after accessing more than 25% of the training content.
    • Ketchwap reserves the right to cancel training sessions; affected users will receive a full refund or reschedule options.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    • Ketchwap is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
    • We do not guarantee job placement after training completion.

    9. Privacy Policy

    • We collect and store user information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
    • Personal data is used solely for service delivery and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

    10. Termination of Services

    • Ketchwap reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms and Conditions.
    • Users may request account termination by contacting info@ketchwap.org.

    11. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Cameroon.
